Our Objectives

  1. To encourage the students to look beyond their textual knowledge and to
    think out of the box.
  2. To assess the mathematical skills, proficiency and aptitude of the students.
  3. To spot out mathematical talent.
  4. To nurture excellence in Mathematics.
  5. To improve the professional skills of mathematics teachers.

Our Activities

1. Mathematics Concept Examination

Group 1) Std. 5 and std 6 – based on syllabus upto Std 4
Group 2) Std. 8 and 9 – based on syllabus upto Std 7
Medium: Marathi, English [Hindi, Urdu on demand]
Marks: 100; Time 2 hours; 50 Multiple Choice Questions

2. Prabhutwa Examination (Level 1)

Medium: Marathi, English
Marks: 75; Time: 2 hours; Objective-Subjective (20%-80%); 30% questions from Prabhutwa Book
Prabhutwa Contest (Level 2)
Medium: Marathi, English
Marks: 100; Time: 2 hours 30 minutes; High order thinking questions to be solved with explanation.

3. Mathematics Quiz Contest

Medium : Marathi, English
1) Junior Group – Std VI and Std VII
2) Senior Group – Std VIII and Std IX

There will be two rounds –
a) Round 1 – Written test – Time 1 hr – Marks 50 – Objective Type
b) Round 2 – Oral Round

Selection –
From Junior as well as Senior groups, 6 teams are selected in the first round.
The second round will be oral and it will be conducted only for the selected groups.

4. Online Guidance Lectures

Lectures are arranged for Prabhutwa examination level 1 and level 2

5. Workshop for teachers

  • To enrich the teachers with curriculum linked resources.
  • To equip the teachers with a variety of activities in the teaching and learning process.
